Balrig Loudfoot
Balrig Loudfoot is a Dwarf, a member of the noble family in a small settlement in the mountains to the east of Anson.
His House is the original land owners of the village, granted by the King in return for their service in battle over a century ago.
Being the third son, he wasn't likely to be in line for the Lordship. So, he left at the age of 30 to begin his journey to becoming a Paladin.
His training began nearby in Anson, but when he'd reached the age of 40 he'd completed his priestly training and left for Tenet to complete his combat training and received the title of Paladin on his 50th birthday.
When he returned to his hometown on September 18th, 791KE he found it half destroyed. He learned from his family that mercenaries had raided it a week prior. His best friend, Grimbul Steelheart, was killed in the attack.
Feeling guilty for not being there, he began to help the efforts to rebuild. Since he was fully trained in combat he also served as a guard.
